Blythe Road has six flats. It is a period property with well designed studios, each with their own bathroom and kitchenette. The property is just behind Olympia Exhibition Centre, and is a 15-20 minute walk to Holland Park Gardens. Kensington Olympia tube station is very close by and is only one stop from Earl’s Court where you can change for a fast train into central London. Alternatively you can take a direct bus into central London.

Please note that 40 Blythe Road is a traditional London building and some apartments are in the basement.  If you do not want a basement apartment please state this when you make your booking, and 40 Blythe Road will do their best to accommodate you.

There is an end of stay cleaning charge of £30.

All of the prices quoted above include VAT, which is charged at 20% (what is VAT?).  If you stay at 40 Blythe Road for more than 29 consecutive nights the VAT you pay per night (after the first 29 nights) will be reduced to 4%.

To get to 40 Blythe Road from:

Holland Park Gardens - Total travel time approx. 15-18 minutes.
Walk along Russell Gardens and Addison Road.

Westcroft Square - Total travel time approx. 25 minutes.
Walk to bus stop at Olympia and take the 27 bus.

Travelling from the airport/station to 40 Blythe Road

London Heathrow Airport - Take the Piccadilly Line (travelling east) to Barons Court. The apartment is a 16 minute walk from the underground station. Total travel time approx. 54 minutes. Or, you can take the Heathrow Express to Paddington and take a taxi from Paddington to the apartment.   Total travel time approx. 35 minutes.  Cost of taxi approx. £12

London Gatwick Airport - Take the Southern train to Victoria. At Victoria change onto the underground and take the District Line (travelling west) to Earls Court. At Earls Court change to the District Line (travelling north) to Kensington (Olympia). The apartment is a 6 minute walk from the underground station. Total travel time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes. Or, you can take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station and take a taxi from Victoria to the apartment.  Total travel time approx. 46 minutes.  Cost of taxi approx. £15

London City Airport - Take the Docklands Light Railway to Bank.  At Bank change onto the underground and take the Central Line (travelling west) to Shepherd’s Bush. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the underground station.  Total travel time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes. Or, you can take a taxi directly to your apartment.  Total travel time approx. 48 minutes.  Cost of taxi approx. £48

London Luton Airport - Take the First Capital Connect  train to Kings Cross. At Kings Cross change onto the underground and take the Piccadilly Line (travelling south) to Earls Court. At Earls Court change to the District Line to Kensington (Olympia). The apartment is a 6 minute walk from the underground station. Total travelling time approx. 1 hour 12 minutes. Or, you can take the Thameslink train to Kings Cross Station and take a taxi from Kings Cross to the apartment.  Total travel time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes.  Cost of taxi approx. £27

London Stansted Airport - Take the National Express East Anglia to Tottenham Hale.  At Tottenham Hale change onto the underground and take the Victoria Line (travelling south) to Kings Cross.  At Kings Cross change to the Piccadilly Line (travelling west) to Barons Court. The Apartment is a 16 minute walk from the underground station. Total travelling time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes. Or, you can take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street Station and take a taxi from Liverpool Street to the apartment.  Total travel time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes.  Cost of taxi approx. £26

St Pancras Station - Take the Piccadilly Line (travelling south) to Barons Court. The Apartment is a 16 minute walk from the underground station. Total travelling time approx. 32 minutes. Or, you can take a taxi directly to your apartment.  Total travel time approx. 28 minutes.  Cost of taxi approx. £27
