Nutford House is an attractive building dating from 1915. It has 159 single rooms. All rooms have internet access (you will need to provide an internet cable), telephones (provided by a third party), and washbasins. Toilets and showers are shared. Rooms are equipped with basic furniture (desk, wardrobe etc). There is a TV room, a common room with a grand piano and a computer room with free internet access for students who haven’t brought their own laptops. Nutford House is only a five minute walk from Marble Arch, Hyde Park and Oxford Street and close to Seymour Leisure Centre.

London Heathrow Airport - Take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington. At Paddington change onto the underground Circle Line or the District Line (travelling south) to Edgware Road. The residence is a 9 minute walk from the underground station. Total travel time approx. 39 minutes. Or, you can take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station and take a taxi from Paddington to the residence. Total travel time approx. 34 minutes. Cost of taxi approx. £4
London Gatwick Airport - Take the First Capital Connect to London Bridge. At London Bridge change onto the underground and take the Jubilee Line (travelling west) to Bond Street. At Bond Street change to the Central Line (travelling west) to Marble Arch. The residence is a 15 minute walk from the underground station. Total travel time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes. Or, you can take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station and take a taxi from Victoria to the residence. Total travel time approx. 40 minutes. Cost of taxi approx. £8
London City Airport - Take the Docklands Light Railway to Bank. At Bank change onto the underground and take the Central Line (travelling west) to Marble Arch. The residence is a 15 minute walk from the underground station. Total travel time approx. 55 minutes. Or, you can take a taxi directly to your residence. Total travel time approx. 41 minutes.
