All-Year-Round Residences

ISH is located close to Baker Street, where you can visit the Sherlock Holmes Museum, Madam Tussaud’s and the Planetarium. ISH has a canteen which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; meals are well priced. It also has a gym so you can keep fit whilst you are studying with us.

Nevern House is a 5 storey Georgian house situated in a residential street in Earls Court. It provides year round living accommodation for 16 international students. There are 12 standard rooms where you share a bathroom with one other resident and 4 new superior rooms with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is a library where you can relax, watch TV, study etc.

The Norwegian YWCA is primarily for Norwegian women under the age of 30, but exceptions are made regarding age and husbands may join their wives. The guests are mostly students. The location of the hostel is fantastic, right in the middle of one of the best streets in Kensington. The hostel’s daily rates include breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner.

Park House is excellent value but only available for women between 18 and 35. Staff are on duty for 24hours a day and there is CCTV throughout the building. The rooms are fully furnished single study bedrooms which share a bathroom and kitchen with one other room. There is a shared lounge on every floor and wifi throughout the building.
Summer Residences

Beit Hall offers 258 ensuite and standard bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. Many of the rooms have views over Beit's Quadrangle or the Royal Albert Hall.
Evelyn Gardens is a pleasant residential area set around private gardens in Chelsea. It's a short walk from South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations.

Nido Notting Hill has all its facilities under one roof and resident assistants are on hand 24/7. Your room includes an en-suite bathroom unless you choose to share with one other guest. The rent includes the following: Water and electricity. Internet access in-room and all common spaces.
Lillian Penson is a large university hall with 276 rooms, all of which are en suite. Some postgraduate students are still resident in the hall over the summer meaning there is a mix of British and overseas guests. There is a restaurant where breakfast and evening meals can be bought at reasonable prices and a common room, bar, quiet room and a TV room.

Nutford House is a very distinctive building dating from 1915. It has 159 single rooms, and 21 shared rooms. All rooms have internet access, telephones, and wash basins. There is also a large central garden which is ideal for relaxing at the weekend.

Pembridge Hall is located in the heart of Notting Hill Gate. It is a short walk from Portobello Road and is also only a short distance from Kensington Gardens.

Rooms in Prince’s Gardens are available in Southside Hall and Eastside Hall. In both halls all rooms are en suite and have wired broadband access. The residence is close to Hyde Park and the museums in South Kensington, and is only a very short tube or bus journey to central London.
