St James House is a period property with seventeen well designed studios, each with their own bathroom and kitchenette. The property is 2 minutes on foot from our school in Holland Park Gardens and is close to the shops and restaurants in Holland Park and Shepherd’s Bush (including Westfield London). The nearest tube station is Holland Park; there are also several bus routes nearby that can take you directly to the centre of London.

There is an end of stay cleaning charge of £36.
All of the prices quoted above include VAT, which is charged at 20% (what is VAT?). If you stay at St James House for more than 29 consecutive nights the VAT you pay per night (after the first 29 nights) will be reduced to 4%.
Payment of all major Credit Cards and Non UK Debit Card will incur 3% fee, AMEX 4%, International Bank Transfer £15, and UK Debit Card no charge.
