In order to produce a visa letter we need certain information. Please note that this is essential: we cannot send you the document without it.
The following information is needed for both a General Student Visa and also a Student Visitor Visa:

• Given name
• Family name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Passport number
• Course chosen
• State date and end date
• Any holiday that you would like us to include in the total number of weeks
• Accommodation required

If you are going to apply for a General Student Visa we also need:

• evidence of the student’s present level of English. Please see our separate note about proving level of English.
