We work very hard to find host families who

  • live in easy reach of our centres in Holland Park Gardens and Westcroft Square
  • live in pleasant homes with well appointed guest bedrooms
  • take pleasure in welcoming our clients into their home, and want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible

Many of our homestay hosts have worked with us for many years. We take into account all of the feedback our clients provide, and only work with families who offer the standard of homestay that you would expect.

We also take great care to match clients with the right families.  The more flexible you can be with your requirements the more we can focus on finding the most suitable family for you.

Our overall average feedback score for clients who stayed with a family in 2010 was 4.25/5.

Below is an example of a few of the families that we use.

Juliet and Geoff

Juliet and Geoff live in a large Regency terraced house in a residential part of Hammersmith. They have two grown-up daughters; Emily, who works and has left home, and Jessica, who is at university. Juliet is a psychotherapist who works from home and Geoff is an occupational psychologist. Their interests include travel, gardening, cinema, theatre and reading. Although she doesn’t list it as one of her interests, Juliet is also an excellent cook. They have been a host family for more than 10 years.

When asked about being a homestay family, Juliet said 'We have taken students from the London School of English for many years and really enjoy meeting people from other countries. Most of the students are very stimulating and interesting company and we learn a lot about the world from them. We have been fortunate to have had so many charming guests who arrive as strangers and leave as friends.'

Andreas Arnold from Zurich stayed with Juliet and Geoff and said ''Thank you very much for the three lovely weeks. I enjoyed every day and every supper.'
