Eating Out
There are thousands of restaurants in London and it is possible to eat very well indeed. The old idea that food in England is poor is certainly out of date.
Because London is home to people from so many different countries it is an ideal place to try the food from different parts of the world.
It is not possible on this website to give details of all the different possibilities, although we have listed some of the most popular places below. The range and variety is enormous, both in terms of style of cuisine and also price. We have reference books and recommendations in the school so please come and talk to us and we will help as much as we can.

Tipping
It is still usual to tip in restaurants unless service is already included (this will usually be shown separately, but ask if it is, if necessary). If service is not included then leave 10-15% of the bill. If service is already included it is not necessary to leave anything.
