London School of English Running Club

January is the month when everyone is keen to eat healthily and get fit after the excesses of Christmas.

To encourage staff and course participants to get out, enjoy some fresh air and exercise we've started the London School of English running club. Runners of all levels will be welcome to join the group on fun, non-competitive jogs around the local area, leaving from our Holland Park Gardens centre.

Don't forget to bring your running clothes!  If you want to join us and you don't have the right equipment with you, you will find sports shops at Westfield London, a short walk from Holland Park Gardens.
