We understand that our clients lead demanding professional lives and are totally focused on helping them achieve their goals quickly and effectively.
We are a training organisation and as part of that our Trainers are continually developing, ensuring their skills and knowledge are up to date.
All of our trainers, carefully selected for their qualifications, expertise and experience will:
- Focus on what you personally need in order to reach your goals
- Provide a consistently engaging and challenging learning environment
- Give you the strategies to communicate with confidence in and outside of the classroom
The Trainer Standards outlines our approach. It shows how we ensure that our courses give our clients an effective and rewarding experience.
Our trainers are mature, qualified and above all experienced. Our methodologies are focused on getting the most out of people, so our methodologies are focused on facilitating collaboration between the trainer and the learner - and between individual learners. We are constantly exploring news ways of making our training more effective and relevant to the needs of our clients and look forward to sharing new training developments in the next 100 years.
One of our trainers, Ed Pegg has won the very first Excellence in Business English Teaching (EBET) Award, which has been created by Business English UK (BEUK) to raise awareness of the high standard of specialist trainers in the UK, was presented to Ed at the annual Business English Trainers Conference on Saturday 27th April 2013.
Claudia Marr, another of our trainers, was also one of the four people shortlisted for the award and we understand that the final decision was very close between Claudia’s entry and Ed’s.
In 2014 another trainer from The London School of English, Jon Dyson, won the second EBET award with a training session on video conferencing, which illustrated the effective use of technology in our training programmes. Another of our trainers, Emma Whitehouse, took second prize.
