1 Princes Square is a period building which overlooks the private gardens of Princes Square in fashionable Notting Hill. All studios have the following facilities:

• Free broadband wi-fi internet
• Kitchenette with microwave oven
• Self service laundry (additional charge)
• Weekly housekeeping service (change of towels and bed linen)
• CCTV

Room sizes:

• Double Studio is 20m2
• Deluxe Double Studio is 23m2

Please note that 1 Princes Square is a traditional London building and some apartments are in the basement.  If you do not want a basement apartment please state this when you make your booking, and 1 Princes Square will do their best to accommodate you.

Low season (February to May and October to January).
High season (June to September).

There is an end of stay cleaning charge of £36.

All of the prices quoted above include VAT, which is charged at 20% (what is VAT?).  If you stay at 1 Princes Square for more than 29 consecutive nights the VAT you pay per night (after the first 29 nights) will be reduced to 4%.

Payment of all major Credit Cards and Non UK Debit Card will incur 3% fee, AMEX 4%, International Bank Transfer £15, and UK Debit Card no charge.
