Restructure of administration departments

We have recently merged our Sales and Marketing and Client Services departments to form one new department. This brings together all the people that you normally deal with, and will allow us to offer you an improved service.

We have also very recently introduced new administration software.  Our objective is to make everything much clearer for you, however, new software systems are rarely perfect from day 1, so please be patient as we do our best to make the new system work efficiently. We think that you will see the benefits of these changes very soon.
