Vincent House is a striking, Art Deco building situated in an attractive London square. It can accommodate up to 140 residents who are either UK or overseas students or professionals staying in London. Vincent House is particularly popular with more mature people.
Vincent House is very close to Notting Hill Gate Underground station and within easy reach of bus routes to Heathrow airport. It is a 20 minute walk away from our Holland Park Gardens centre, and a short journey by bus from our Westcroft Square centre.
Accommodation is in good-sized, plain, centrally heated single bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Towels are provided and each room has a desk and chair for studying at. The rooms do not have televisions or radios, but these may be rented on a short term bases from a local TV shop. There is a bar, a small library, a residents' dining room and a peaceful garden. There are no cooking facilities, but each bedroom has facilities for making hot drinks.

Dinner is £6 a day. You can pay upfront (see prices above) or 'pay as you go'. An internet connection in your bedroom is charged at £10 per week or £20 for four weeks. Wireless internet is available for free in the guest lounge on the ground floor.
Vincent House require a deposit at the time of booking to ensure your reservation. This is refundable up to two weeks before the start of the booking. As part of our bookings and confirmation service we will send you instructions on how to make this payment. It can be done by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Once you have paid the deposit and checked yourself into Vincent House, it is possible for long term stayers (more than 4 weeks) to pay the accounts department on a monthly basis.
Vincent House reservations team would like guests to check in after 12 midday and check out by 10.30am.
All bedrooms at Vincent House have a coin meter to pay for heating and electricity. On average, most residents pay £1-2 per week into the meter, although this could be significantly more if the heater is used a lot. Short term clients (less than 2 weeks) will have their meter payments refunded at the end of their stay.

London Gatwick Airport - Take the Southern train to Victoria. At Victoria change onto the underground Circle Line (travelling north) to Notting Hill Gate. London Luton Airport - Take the East Midlands train to Kings Cross. At Kings Cross change onto the underground and take the Hammersmith & City Line or Circle Line (travelling west) to Edgware Road. Total travelling time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes. Or, you can take the Thameslink train to Kings Cross Station and take a taxi from Kings Cross to the residence.
