Prince Consort Village
Prince Consort Village is a modern student residence building conveniently located within a-walking distance of, or just a short bus ride from both our London centres. The residence primarily for people under the age of 40, although it is open to all age groups. This residence is a suitable option for people looking for a comfortable and studio with its own small kitchen.
Prince Consort Village is situated close to many transport links. There are cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs in the local area. Guests can relax and mix with other students in the communal lounge areas or one of the outdoor areas.
Residential accommodation is only available while you are taking a course in the school, including the time it takes to take an exam related to your course.
Nearest London Underground station (tube):
Ravenscourt Park (District line) and Goldhawk Road (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines)
Travel time to Holland Park Gardens:
25 minutes' walk or 10-minute bus journey (use bus 94)
Travel time to Westcroft Square:
15 minutes' walk or a 5-minute bus journey (use bus 237)
Payment needs to be made via the school and will be invoiced at the same time as the course
Reception is open weekdays: 08:00 - 20:00hrs and weekends: 09:00 - 18:00hrs. Security staff are on site weekdays 20:00 - 08:00hrs and weekends 18:00 - 09:00hrs. The building has CCTV for your security.

A standard studio (average size 16.5m²) will include: a small double bed, wardrobe space, under-bed storage, desk, chair, shelving and cupboard space. Bedding, towels and kitchen packs are also included. All studios have an en-suite bathroom and small kitchen area including cooking hobs, a fridge-freezer, microwave, plus kitchen utensils and single cutlery (knife and fork etc.) set.
We will usually arrange for you to stay in the same room the whole time you are with us, but sometimes it may be necessary for you to move rooms during your stay. Studios are located on the third and fourth floors. Overnight guests may be allowed sometimes but this is an exception and has to be arranged directly with The London School of English.
All prices include wi-fi, access to the gym and weekly change of bedding and towels.

Cancellation before arrival: We accept cancellations made more than seven working days before your accommodation start time. Cancellation within this time means you do not have to pay for the room, and you will not pay any extra charges. However, the accommodation placement fee is non-refundable.
If you want to cancel your stay with less than seven working days' notice before your accommodation start time, then you must pay one week's room fee as a cancellation charge plus the non-refundable accommodation placement fee.
Cancellation after arrival (Shortening your stay): You may shorten your stay after you have arrived but you must tell us more than six working days in advance to avoid additional penalty charges.
If you give less than six working days' notice, one week's rent will be charged as a cancellation fee plus the end-of-stay cleaning fee, which is £20.
