Vincent House is a striking, Art Deco building situated in an attractive London square, and it's only a seven-minute walk from London’s famous Hyde Park. These rooms are fully furnished and are cleaned regularly. Vincent House has the comfortable, homely feel of an apartment, making the rooms ideal for both rest and study.
There are many non-smoking shared areas including a reading room, garden and the lounge where you can enjoy socialising with other residents. You can also have your free breakfast and evening meal (on request) with other residents in the dining room, giving you the opportunity to practise your English in a warm and friendly environment.

Pay your deposit directly to Vincent House to guarantee your reservation. Deposits depend on the length of booking.
For stays of less than than 5 weeks: £100 deposit.
For stays of 5 to 13 weeks (short-term): £500 deposit + 1 week advance payment.
13+ weeks (long-term): £500 deposit + 1 week advance payment.
The deposit is kept until the resident leaves and is returned if the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition and all bills have been paid.
Payment must be made directly to Vincent House. Long-term guests (over 12 weeks) can make payments on a weekly basis.

If we book your accommodation at Vincent House for you, there will be an additional £60 accommodation placement fee.
Cancellation before arrival:
For bookings of over 13 weeks: If you cancel your booking at least four weeks before the start of the first day of your booking, you will not be charged for your accommodation. Your deposit will not be refunded.
For bookings of five to 12 weeks: If you cancel your booking at least two weeks before the start of the first day of your booking, you will not be charged for your accommodation. Your deposit will not be refunded.
For bookings of up to five weeks: If you cancel your booking at least one week before the start of the first day of your booking, you will not be charged for your accommodation. Your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation after arrival (shortening your stay): You may shorten your stay after you have arrived but you must tell Vincent House more than 14 days in advance, otherwise you will have to pay a penalty charge.
