The areas that you can expect to cover during a typical course


The one-to-one content of the course is entirely focussed on the language you need for your financial, commercial or investment banking role including:

  • assessing strategies and transactions for a client
  • presenting the findings of due diligence research on an industry
  • explaining financial data including financial statements and balance sheets
  • pitching for business based on your prior performance and success
  • advising a client on strategy
  • coordinating your team, projects and departments
  • dealing with and acquiring new customers
  • answering complex questions and dealing with complaints

Successful Communication for Professionals micro-group
In the micro-group you can expect to improve the following linguistic and business skills:

Training takes place on all holidays in this period, including Easter Monday.
