The one-to-one content of the course is entirely focussed on the language you need for your sales and marketing role including:

  • Describing product development & life cycle
  • Presenting research, survey results, trends and changes
  • Evaluating, comparing, & contrasting market players via a SWOT analysis
  • Assessing external influences via a PESTLE analysis
  • Dealing with customers, CRM & resolving staff issues
  • Setting and allocating budgets; setting targets, analysing actual and forecast figures
  • Explaining the logistics and distribution chain
  • Presenting your marketing strategy within the context of the business strategy
