Vincent House is a striking, Art Deco building situated in an attractive London square. It can accommodate up to 140 residents who are either UK or overseas students or professionals staying in London. Vincent House is particularly popular with more mature people.

Deposit

Deposits vary dependent on your length of booking and must be paid directly to Vincent House in order to secure your reservation. For bookings up to 5 weeks a £100 deposit is required, for bookings between 5-12 weeks a £250 deposit is required and for bookings of 12 weeks or more a £500 deposit is required.

Deposits are refundable up to two weeks before the start of the booking.


Payment

Payment must be made directly to Vincent House. Long term guests (over 12 weeks) are able to make payments on a weekly basis.

24-hour security and secure parking for bicycles


Additional facilities

Housekeeping- clean bed linen and towels changed weekly, daily room clean, bar, small library,
residents' dining room, laundry and garden.

Additional charges

All bedrooms at Vincent House have a coin meter to pay for electricity. On average, most residents pay £1-2 per week into the meter, although this could be more if an extra heater is used a lot. This payment only needs to be paid once you stay more than 10 weeks at Vincent House.

Cancellation terms

Before arrival:

Cancellations are accepted if they are made with at least 14 days' notice before the start of your accommodation arrival at no charge.

After arrival (Shortening your stay):

You may shorten your stay after you have arrived but you must give more than 14 days' notice with no additional penalty charge. The price charged for your room will be according to your actual of stay.

London Gatwick Airport - Take the Southern train to Victoria. At Victoria change onto the underground Circle Line (travelling north) to Notting Hill Gate. The residence is a 9 minute walk from the underground station. Total travel time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes. Or, you can take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station and take a taxi from Victoria to the residence. Total travel time approx. 44 minutes. London City Airport - Take the Docklands Light Railway to Bank. At Bank change onto the underground and take the Central Line to Notting Hill Gate.
