Frequently Asked Questions

The FAQs below may answer some of your questions:

Can you deliver customised training for our employees?

Yes.  We know that training has more impact when it is contextualised and relevant to participants’ roles and experience.  We make sure examples, case studies and other activities are taken from your context and we incorporate your corporate values, templates, procedures and terminology where appropriate.

Can we meet the trainer before our course?

We will match you with the trainer who has the expertise to meet your training requirements and the best fit for your organisation.  If you would like to have a ‘chemistry’ call or telephone meeting with the trainer beforehand we are always happy to organise this. Please see a selection of our trainer profiles.

What is the maximum group size?

Our maximum group size is usually 10 - 12 participants for in-company training and 10 for our public courses in London.  This ensures that everyone can participate, practise and receive feedback.

If you have a particular requirement with a larger group size, please let us know and we will be happy to discuss the options.

Do you offer online training?

We deliver live online training via an interactive virtual classroom platform.  This allows participants from disparate locations to join together with a trainer to learn, share ideas and practise new skills just as they would in a face-to-face environment.  Some courses lend themselves better than others to a virtual environment but contact us to discuss your delivery options.

Can you deliver courses in other languages?

Yes, some of our trainers are bilingual and can deliver training in another language as well as English. Please ask or use our enquiry form to let us know which courses you would like delivered in which language(s).

I am not a native speaker of English, can I attend these courses?

Everyone is welcome but these courses are delivered in English and so you need to have an operational level of English, ideally a B2 or C1 on the CEFR level chart. You probably conduct at least part of your professional life in English.

What time should I arrive for a public course at Holland Park?

Please arrive between 09.30 and 09.45 to register and meet other course participants.  Refreshments will be available and training will formally start at 10.00.

Is there parking?

We recommend you travel by public transport as parking in Holland Park Gardens is for residents only or very expensive.  If you need to travel by car you can park in Westfield Shopping Centre, a 10 minute walk away, for £6 on Monday to Friday or £8 for the day if you sign up in advance.

I am travelling from outside London, can you organise accommodation?

Yes. Find all details here.

What is the dress code?

We want you to feel comfortable on our training courses but if you are in doubt we suggest a smart casual style.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel two weeks or more before the course date there is no charge.

If you need to cancel between one and two weeks before the course date, you will be liable for 50% of the course fee or we can transfer your booking to a future course.

If you cancel one week before the course date, you will be liable for the full course fee.
