How to Present with Confidence 9:00 - 10:45 am We will demonstrate how posture, presence, voice and breath can improve your presentations and give you more confidence. We will help you manage your nerves and increase your presence - come ready to practise! Delivered by Ingrid Gray, trained actor and vocal coach | How to Manage and Mentor Millennials 1:45 - 3:30 pm We will examine widely-held beliefs about millennials and understand their expectations and priorities in the workplace. | How to Give Constructive Feedback
11:00 - 12:45 pm We will explore how constructive feedback can improve your team’s motivation, effectiveness and productivity. You will learn how to handle the challenges of negative feedback and how to communicate feedback positively in the workplace. 3:45 - 5:30 pm We will consider how to minimise the challenges and maximise the opportunities of virtual working. You will learn more about the interpersonal and intercultural dimensions of virtual teams and develop techniques for better trust and effective communication.
