The LondonSchool Group is inviting you to Celebrate National Learning at Work Week 2018 with a day of free taster workshops designed to inspire your learning and development along with improving your communication and management skills.
Join us at our training centre in Holland Park Gardens and you will:
- Develop practical skills and techniques to improve your workplace communication and management skills
- Network with our learning experts and other like-minded professionals
- Learn how else we can help you and your teams to develop their language, communication and intercultural skills
How to Present with Confidence
9:00 - 10:45 am
We will demonstrate how posture, presence, voice and breath can improve your presentations and give you more confidence. We will help you manage your nerves and increase your presence - come ready to practise!

How to Manage and Mentor Millennials
1:45 - 3:30 pm
We will examine widely-held beliefs about millennials and understand their expectations and priorities in the workplace. You will learn how to meet their needs and take away practical ideas for more effective management.

We will explore how constructive feedback can improve your team’s motivation, effectiveness and productivity. You will learn how to handle the challenges of negative feedback and how to communicate feedback positively in the workplace.

|How to Manage a Global Virtual Team
3:45 - 5:30 pm
We will consider how to minimise the challenges and maximise the opportunities of virtual working. You will learn more about the interpersonal and intercultural dimensions of virtual teams and develop techniques for better trust and effective communication.
