Payment Timings
Holland Park and Online Courses
You will be required to pay a course fee and a non-refundable registration fee. As you build your booking, you will have the option to include accommodation, meals, insurance and airport transfers.
Once full payment is received, you will receive your confirmation details. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
If requested and subject to approval, it is possible to pay 50% of your fees within 14 days of booking and the remaining 50% of fees must be paid 15 working days before the course starts. If you are booking less than 21 days before the start of your course, you must pay the full fees immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds -
All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. If you need to cancel before your enrolment starts the below timings apply:

| More than 21 days before course start | You will be charged a £75 cancellation fee. |
| 15-21 days before course start | You will be charged for the first week of your course booking. |
| 9-14 days before course start | You will be charged for the first two weeks of your course booking. |
| Less than 9 days before course start | You will be charged for first two weeks of your course booking (except for courses of Legal English and IELTS where you will be charged for three weeks of your course booking). |
When a refund is issued for a course booking we will refund all fees due as detailed in the above table above, except fees relating to the registration fee, insurance and other bank charges. Visa Refusal - If your application for a visa is refused, you must send us a copy of the visa refusal letter issued by the British Embassy/Consulate. We must receive this at least 9 days before your first course is due to start. If you do this, we will refund any fees that you have paid, less the registration fee, accommodation placement fee and any bank charges. If you do not do this, we will charge you our normal cancellation penalties for both course and accommodation – please see

Summer Programmes (Young Adults)
Summer Programmes are all-inclusive so accommodation, registration fees, meals, airport transfer from/to Heathrow and insurance are included in the overall course price.
Deposit - A minimum deposit of £1,000 is required. This guarantees a place on the course until 31st March (the date when which full payment is due).
Final Payment - On 31st March 2026, full fees are payable to secure placement for the course participant.
Cancellations & Refunds - All deposits and course fees up to March 1st 2025 are unconditionally refundable. From March 2nd 2026, and up to 31st March 2026, any fees paid can be refundable as credit notes to be used on any future course(s) offered by The London School of English.
