I like working as an English language tutor because I love meeting people and I enjoy showing people the beautiful city of Bournemouth.  

I live with my husband Terry, my grown-up daughter Mandy and Luca the dog. 

I have had a long career as an English Language trainer and have enjoyed teaching students from many different nationalities. I can teach general, exam or business English. I also train teachers and have written text books.   

I have many hobbies and interests, for example walking Luca my dog, cooking and learning Italian.

Staying in Bournemouth 

Bournemouth is an exciting town with fantastic beaches and beautiful countryside nearby. Within easy reach of Bournemouth is Poole Harbour, Europe’s largest natural harbour and a stunning location for water sports.  Inside the harbour is Brownsea Island which boasts a rich haven for wildlife including red squirrels and a wide variety of birds.   From Bournemouth visitors can enjoy trips to the New Forest which is known for its heathland and wild horses . History enthusiasts can head to Lyme Regis, a seaside town famous for its fossils.
