Payment Timings
Holland Park and Online Courses
You will be required to pay a course fee and a non-refundable registration fee. As you build your booking, you will have the option to include accommodation, meals, insurance and airport transfers.
Deposit - You will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee (£55 if booked via the online booking form or £95 if booked manually for Holland Park classes, and £25 for online lessons). For Holland Park classes there is an additional course deposit of £250. If you are booking accommodations (homestay or residence) there is a non-refundable accommodation placement fee of £65. If you are taking homestay accommodation an additional £200 deposit will be charged. The deposit must be paid within 5 days of booking.
Final payment - You must make full payment of the rest of your course fees 10 working days before the course starts. If you are booking less than 10 working days before the start of your course, you must pay the full fees immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds - You may cancel your whole enrolment by giving 7 working days’ notice. We will refund all fees paid, except the fees relating to the registration fee, accommodation placement fee, insurance & any bank charges. Refunds are processed within 4-6 weeks.

Summer Programmes (Young Adults)
Summer Programmes are all-inclusive so accommodation, registration fees, meals, transfers and insurance are included in the overall course price.
Deposit - A minimum deposit of £500 is required. This guarantees a place on the course until 60 days before the commencement of the course.
Final Payment - On the 60th day prior to the commencement of the course, full fees are payable to secure placement for the course participant. For 2024, these deadlines are as follows:
- Course 1 (commencing w/c 30th June 2024): Full payment deadline: 1st May 2024
- Course 2 (commencing w/c 14th July 2024): Full payment deadline: 14th May 2024
- Course 3 (commencing w/c 28th July 2024): Full payment deadline: 28th May 2024
Cancellations & Refunds - All deposits and course fees up to March 1st 2024 are unconditionally refundable. From March 2nd 2024, and up to 60 days before course commencement, any fees paid can be refundable as credit notes to be used on any future course(s) offered by The London School of English.
