Terms and Conditions for The London School of English Young Adults Summer Programme Instagram Competition

1.Eligibility:

Open to students enrolled in The London School of English Young Adults Summer Programme.

Competition runs during the following periods: a) 30 June 2024 to 13 July 2024 b) 14 July 2024 to 27 July 2024 c) 28 July 2024 to 10 August 2024

2. Entry Requirements:

Submissions must be photos or videos posted on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.

Entries must tag @londonschoolofenglishjuniors and use the hashtag #youngadultssummerprogramme

There is no limit for entries.

Entries must highlight an aspect of the programme experience or London life.

3. Content Guidelines:

No alcohol, tobacco, or drug-related content.

Appropriate clothing is required (no swimwear or revealing clothing).

No offensive gestures or language.

Focus on positive experiences related to the programme and London.

Respect privacy, religion and cultural sensitivities.

4. Consent and Privacy:

Participants must obtain verbal consent from anyone appearing in their photos or videos.

By submitting an entry, participants confirm they have obtained the necessary consents.

5. Judging and Prizes:

Entries will be judged by the Staff of The London School of English

The entry which the judges deem most suitably meets the criteria will win. The Judges are looking for a well executed photos or videos which are engaging and depicts students' experience on the summer programme

Two winners will be selected each week of the programme.

The prize will be announced at the start of each week

6. Copyright and Usage Rights:

By entering the competition, participants grant The London School of English a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes.

Participants cannot claim ownership or copyrights over submitted content.

7. General

By participating in this competition, students agree to engage positively with the programme and share their experiences of the course and London life.

The London School of English reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

In case of disputes, the decision of The London School of English will be final.
