Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)
Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE)
In 2017, Cambridge renamed their exams. The Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) is now called Cambridge C1 Advanced.
Our Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE) Preparation course is designed to give you the key language skills and strategies to achieve your best possible result. The CAE certificate is an internationally-recognised qualification which shows that you can use English at an advanced, C1 level.
Who’s it for?
The CAE qualification is an ideal way to show to your employer or university or college that you are able to use English at an advanced level. The certificate is recognised as proof of your level of English in over 100 countries worldwide and can be very useful for your professional career and further studies.
By the end of this course you will be able to:
Achieve the best possible result in the CAE exam
Complete the four papers in the exam with more confidence
Speak and write more confidently and accurately
Understand what you read and hear more easily
Use a wider range of grammar and vocabulary
Identify the areas you need to work on more
The course will focus on all of the main skills that are required in the CAE exam:
Use of English (vocabulary and grammar)
Preparation for CAE speaking test
CAE practice papers
As part of the course, you will take a full mock CAE exam to give you an idea of what to expect and to get you used to working under examination conditions. You will also concentrate on developing good exam techniques and practise with past CAE exam papers.
